The brief

The founders of this Belgian startup asked us to create a brand identity. We started with only the name already chosen by the founders: "BeWolved".

The main mission of the founders of BeWolved is helping companies achieve better results by nurturing personal development of each individual within the organisation. Early in the discovery sessions we stumbled upon a duality in the brand proposition: being very performance oriented while adopting a very humane & compassionate way of working.

Core values of the brand:
  • Performance oriented: BeWolved operates in a B2B market and wants to improve performance and results with each project for each client.
  • Kind-hearted: The approach that is used in order to achieve results always starts with each individual within the organization. Attention to feelings, ambitions, frustrations and different characters is the key to the BeWolved way of operating.
  • Involved: In order to differentiate themselves from the competition, the BeWolved team is adamant about being involved in clients organizations. The goal is to feel like a true "in house" partner for every client.
